The organizer can always see the current state of his invitation. One of the main advantages of this application is that the appointment management can be done easily. The organizer can also upload documents that can be accessed by all participants.
It is also possible to administer both new and old participants of events in your address book. Due to the smart and bidirectional synchronization with your desktop computer, all data are available on Zeeyoo and on the desktop.
