Sounds interesting.
I am in need of a Live Support application. Have been considering various options.
I like the web analytics part of ChatStat, currently I am using GoStats.com and dont want to part with them as they are satisfactory, but if Chat Stat can provide all they have been providing, I can consider to use ChatStat.
