OW is a social weather forecasting website which allows anyone to submit weather forecasts and rate other forecasts using a simple, modern, AJAX enhanced interface.
Complete with a Google map to display top rated forecasts, OW also features profiles for each forecaster with RSS feeds and weather widgets.
