At iMantri we believe that the basis for a mentoring relationship should be either competencies or goals. Goals and/or Competency centric mentoring helps shine spotlight on what’s core and provides context for a successful mentoring relationship.
The genesis of iMantri is based on a simple concept – most of us need a shoulder to lean on; someone to share our thoughts with; and a fountain of wisdom to tap into. And there are many of us who want to share their gifts and help others along the way. The power and the spirit driving the evolution and emergence of Web 2.0 is the concept of community – peer-to-peer interactions, transactions, cooperation, collaboration and co-creation.
iMantri is a venue for matching mentors and mentees and provides a framework to facilitate the mentoring process.
