Brokers are ranked on five qualities: knowledge of market, friendliness, helpfulness, efficiency, and overall experience. Results are tallied and averaged so apartment hunters can quickly get a sense of a broker’s performance history. Users may also comment on individual listings to point out discrepancies between the description and actual unit, or provide additional information on local interest points.
This user commentary supplements rental listing information such as zoned public schools, local restaurants and stores, public transportation information, and a visual overview of the surrounding area.
