Lets your pictures shine
flickr.com is a great way to share photos with friends and family. And there are many talented photographers who post their art to flickr for all the world to enjoy. But usually the photos will not look their best on flickr with all its nifty features and comments and links and thumbnails and icons and animated awards.
Enter blackr. blackr is a bookmarklet you can put in your browser’s bookmarks bar. Later, when you are on a photo page or one of the “All sizes” pages on flickr, you can click the bookmarklet and it will hide everything on the page behind a soothing black canvas except for the photo. All that remains is the picture. Optionally you get a white border around the photo.
