I use this site with my colleagues when we freelance on each others projects, and it's really helpful to us. Though I don't usually endorse sites, I am making an exception because I want to see this idea succeed. Freelancers need more tools like this. I highly recommend timexchange if you need a good and improving time reporting tool, but don't want to spend big bucks.

We started using this site for a few of our outside contractors and now use it for all our EE's. They won us over with their outstanding customer support and incorporating our feedback in their constant upgrades to the service. It's good to see that TimeXchange is starting to get some the recognition it deserves...
