WiZiQ is a free online collaboration platform for teachers and students. Teachers can build their profile, maintain an availability schedule, and earn money by teaching to a global audience on WiZiQ.
WiZiQ is the single point on the web for all learning and teaching needs, offering a virtual classroom environment for distance education to connect teachers and students in real time. Tutors can globally connect to students who want to learn online, from the comfort of their homes; students can learn and tutors can teach online from anywhere.

I use WizIQ and it is amazing. Highly recommended. The best part is that I can schedule a session on what they call the Virtual Classroom, and let my students know in Moodle about it. Although it is not yet integrated in Moodle (I am sure it will soon be) a scheduled session on WiZiQ has a unique URL, which I use on Moodle to inform attendees. It is as simple as that.

WiZiQ unfortunately cannot be tightly integrated to LMS like Moodle as it requires separate user account. DimDim on the other hand does not impose this condition.
