  • After you complete a workout such as a run, gym, soccer game or training simply enter the details of the workout. You can create your own exercises if you can’t find it, the exercises you create can be added by other members.
  • Review the workouts you have completed, monitor your weight and track how you progress for each exercise you complete. Your progress for your exercise is graphed as total effort and raw metrics.
  • View or print your program to take with you the next time you exercise. Easily see what exercises you need to do and what you did for each exercise in your last workout OR the last time you did that exercise.
  • Get your friends into exercise teams so you can organise workouts, share tips & compare results.
  • Read up on exercises other members do in our exercise directory, view tips on each exercise and easily add it to your program.
