Cubestat is a good valuation tool but it is now outdated with the newer valuation sites which have much more in depth stats and closer values, however a website value calculator can never be accurate.
It is best to find the real value but multiplying your monthly income by 12 which is 12 months revenue which most websites go on, hope this helps.
