ArticleBuff is a marketplace for written content. Employers are able to post projects (contests) where writers can enter into. Writers submit a preview or full document into the contest for the employer to be able to preview. This is all done very safely to avoid copyright infringement and nonpayments. It is crowdsourcing at its best. Employers are able to gauge a writers ability, understanding and fluency of their project before deciding a winner, thus eliminating the risk of normal freelance sites where you pick a provider and “you get what you get” .
